The easiest and quickest BBQ ribs I've made
The night before:
Season 4lbs of ribs with a rub of your choice. Seal them in plastic wrap and put in the fridge overnight
For the sauce (the night before still):
Ingredients:
* 2 cups ketchup
* 1/2 cup water
* 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
* 1/4 cup brown sugar
* 3 tablespoon yellow mustard
* 1 tablespoon onion powder
* 1 tablespoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon cayenne
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over a low heat. Stirring occasionally and simmer for 20 minutes. Sauce should be thin, but not watery. Allow to cool. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate. Sauce is better if allow to sit for a day.
Day of:
4 lb. pork baby back ribs
BBQ Sauce
Cut the ribs into 2 rib sections
Place in large pot and fill with water until they are fully covered
Cover with lid
Bring to boil and simmer on medium-low for 20 minutes.
Heat charcoal/gas grill to medium heat.
Grill ribs for 10 minutes or until done. Turning every few minutes and brushing on the BBQ sauce.
Use remaining sauce for dipping.
