I would have agreed but the loss of pilkington puts a little pressure on the wide receivers now. my top six would have to be

1. Boateng (silent commit)

2. LaFell or Brooks (we have 7 remaining 'ships would like to have both)

3. Suh ( just a hunch)

4. Meyers-White (narrowed list to 2)

5. Smith (nebr or okla y not us?)

6. Turner (silent commit)

7. Farr (only if saban goes to miami)

I think that you need to check your sources out a little further - he said he would go to miami IF they guaranteed him that he would be the only tight end that they took. Bennett is also high on their list (with texas) so it would come down to who he would eventually choose. IF saban goes to the fish and IF bennett goes to miami, nebr would have a legit shot to get him.

 
Keep him on your wish list, but our chances to get him are slim to none. He likes Miami, and feels comfortable with them since Reggie Youngblood is going there. Keep hoping all you want, but he will not have an N on his helmet.

 
I think he said play at a HIGH level at both. Granted all the players named played both but maybe a couple were really good at both. A.Rison, Randle El, R.LaRue, R.Dudley,T.Streets, and Davison are a few more that played both. Most of the guys except Ward were role players at best. It can be done though. We'll see.

Octavien could possibly try and run track.

He threw the discus (set a national record and won a championship) and javelin, did the long jump as well as ran on his CC national champion 4x100 team.
