ESPN Bias Revealed!

They hate everyone. Last I checked, Nebraska falls in the "everyone" category. I knew it. I was right all along.

I love how Chris Fowler and Co. had to go on an offensive to blast people for saying ESPN has a total SEC bias and agenda.

Calling them tinfoil crowd.

It's not tinfoil when you have a business partnership with the SEC...and like printing money - nothing was more obvious when ESPN pushed Bama to get a rematch with LSU during the Okie State/OU game as the Cowboys were blasting the Sooners...all the announcers just dismissed it during the game and they had Saban on gameday promoting his cause.

Anyone remember what Fowler wrote the night Nebraska beat Tennessee to send TO out a winner (again)? It was something to the effect of how his stomach was turning over Nebraska getting a share of the NC. Chris Spielman and Pam Ward laughing over how the NU-OU game "used to matter" was a close second for irritating ESPN blather for me. It's hair-pulling stuff and we shouldn't let it bother us but forgetting is still tough.

What Spielman and Ward said was actually the truth. Where did OU finish in the rankings this year? And Nebraska? And when did those two actually played a football game against each other?

Yet somehow Army and Navy is a big deal every year...

I love watching Herbstreit cry like a girl over this one:) and I am a girl, so I can say cry like a girl.

Army Navy is a Big Deal and if you think its not you're not much of a college football fan. While big time schools chase money and fame with some players that couldn't get hired to mop floors at the Service Academies. Army and Navy field teams of young men who will give at least 6 years to the defense of our nation. get your head back out into the sunshine ira.

Being retired Navy, I can tell you this is a big deal with the Navy side. That is all thats talked about during the week. The Army isn't as much because of their win-loss record in the last few years, but it is still a huge deal.

Yeah I was kinda pointing that out to huskerscott...

Anyone remember Fowler and Corso appearing on Nebraska's Legacy Video, calling Nebraska fans the best in college football, and Lincoln the best gameday experience?

Or ESPN's college football panel voting two Nebraska teams in the top three of their all-time greatest college teams?

Or voting Jack Hoffman's run in the Nebraska Spring Game the single best event of the entire sporting year at last year's ESPY Awards?

Or voting Jordan Westerkamp's behind the back catch the 2014 play-of-the-year just last week?

Didn't think so.

They did, unfortunately, have to report Nebraska's annual freefall out of relevance, and they generally used kinder language than most Husker fans here on HuskerBoard.

Even the espn bloggers/experts/writers didn't pick the big ten to win any bowl game. Rittenberg is an idiot. Fn nerd who knows nothing about football and is just the 17th revenge of the nerd in the movie.

I HATE ESPN.
