Aside from the Erin Andrews of the world-

My personal fave is Herman Edwards. Might not have panned out as HMFIC for my Chiefs, but he is awesome as an analyst.

 
Not sure if this counts or not, but I love watching ESPN/ABC NBA broadcasts because of Jeff Van Gundy. The guy is intelligent, and also has an awesome (albeit quirky) sense of humor.

 
Bob Ley, John Anderson, Matt Winer, Neil Everett, Karl Ravech (who is a heck of a nice guy in person). Female wise Chris McKendry, Hannah Storm.

Unfortunately the list of ESPN personalities I cannot stand is much longer.

I mean, other than I can't dance :corndance and I haven't been stalking her proper like.

I agree with Peter Gammons. Karl Ravech. Not sure who else. They seem to have run off all the good guys, the guys who made ESPN fun.
