That was me after my mom and dad got divorced and we moved to Minnesota, When we lost to miami in the Orange Bowl in 83 - I didn't want to go back to school after christmas vacation. They harrassed the sh#t out of me.

wasn't that around the time the Huskers put up 84 points on the Golden Gophers?

I was at the game when they beat MN 84-13 - All the kids were BITTER about it so they took special joy in NEBRASKA'S loss. But then I moved to CA so f**kem.

huskers didn't beat he gophers that year.

they absolutely *molested* them. i remember i was on a boy scout campout and they had it on the radio. we were all looking at each other wondering when it would end or if they were heading for the century mark.

and to make matters worse for the gophers... we beat them *in their own house*.

they still have to be stinging from that one.

ah... goodtimes... if you were a husker fan, of course.
