Everybody just needs to settle down and...

See how these next 3 weeks go against NIU, Rutgers, and Illinois. play well and win these games being 4-1 heading into a home game against undefeated top 10 Wisconsin, where anything can happen...
sure and you just might win the lottery

and winning or losing one game even if that were to happen is not going to change what is.

I agree. If we can improve over those 3 games and get a win against Wisky everyone will be singing a different tune. If we continue to play poorly and look bad against those 3 teams though I think there will be alot of concern going into that badgers match-up.

I'm not sure it'll really matter much how we play going into a badger match-up there will be plenty of concern to share

Which is what we were told after his first year because he had to get better players.

Which is what we were told after "no blowout" losses turned out to be bunk because he needed a QB for his system.

Which is what we were told when his first recruiting class turned out to be not so hot because the 2017 class was going to be special.

Which is what we were told after the 2017 recruiting class turned out to be solid but nothing spectacular.

Which is what we were told after our defense against Arkansas State was supposedly just playing vanilla and the DC thought played "fantastic"

Lather, rinse, repeat.

I don't think Oregon is gonna win more than 8 games this year after watching yesterday's game. Might not think that with how they dominated Nebraska the first half, but it means nebraska will be lucky to get a bowl game.

I wonder if this loss to Oregon will have the same impact that losing to NU did last year for the Ducks

Right on the money.  New year, same tired excuses.

IMO, 80% of Nebraska's issues is coaching and 20% talent. Every game of this Riley Era I watch is a team with an NFL offense type identity. Doesn't work in college football, but that's what Riley and Langsdorf want to be. Definitely won't work come November and is why we see Nebraska get pushed around by Iowa. Defensively, if our LBs  arent  chasing around track stars they're standing flatfooted confused.
