Ex-Husker Quarterbacks Filling the Coaching Ranks

When Bobby Newcombe last month became the interim head coach at Casteel High in Queen Creek, Arizona, the 38-year-old brought to mind what's become a rather impressive list of former Nebraska quarterbacks in the coaching business.

Scott Frost, of course, heads the list.

We'll have plenty more about Newcombe, who mostly starred as a wingback and return man at Nebraska, in a story for Sunday.

Other ex-Husker quarterbacks making a mark in the coaching world include:

Interesting list of names.  Had no idea about some of them, but was especially surprising to see Cody Green on the list.

4 of them don't coach QBs, which makes sense given the offense ran when they played at NU but still an interesting note.
