I worked and made this seasoning at a well known restaurant years ago. I usually put Parmesan Cheese on top of popcorn and I grabbed the Fairy Dust instead. I liked it better! I save empty containers to make my own seasonings. Both the Parmesan Cheese and Fairy Dust were in identical Parmesan Cheese Shakers.
I use this seasoning in sauces and on top of garlic bread and cheese bread.
Fairy Dust:
In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder, 1 Tablespoon Oregano and 1 Tablespoon Onion Salt.
Put Fairy Dust In a shaker by the stove for convenience.
