Morgan, Lindsay, Keyan Williams, Wilbon, Connor Young and Dicaprio Bootle all got looks returning kicks today.

 
I hope they worked on blocking for a return.....I cant watch another season of this olay crap all the while crossing my fingers someone can make a fair catch in traffic.

 
SEEN: A smaller punt-catching group than Sunday's first practice, which featured seven Huskers back deep. Pierson-El, Keyan Williams and Lindsey saw the vast majority of action Thursday.

Sophomore punter Caleb Lightbourn shanked a punt 15 yards. That can't happen anymore. His inconsistency last season was understandable. After all, he was pressed into a situation nobody expected. Plus, he needed time to develop because he missed all but the final three games of his senior year of high school because of a torn meniscus. He's healthy now, with no excuses.

Diaco coaches the punters. He doesn't strike me as the patient type.
