Family Guy / Simpsons Crossover

I hate Family Guy. Absolutely hate it. The Simpsons used to be brilliant, but I stopped watching several years ago. They need to hang it up.

I watched the video... did not even crack a smile. There was nothing remotely funny about it.

Simpsons was good back when they had good writers. Family Guy is the epitome of Iam14andthisisfunny.

 
you guys are haters. Family Guy and American Dad are terrific. The Simpsons is still a classic. People were turning their noses up at The Simpsons for "not being funny anymore" 10 years ago. Hey, to each his own!

Family Guy simply panders to the lowest common denominator, always has, and they do so unabashedly. I agree with The Simpsons being a classic, but the last 10+ years of dragging that corpse around has little to do with that. American Dad is better than Family Guy, but that's not exactly a high bar to reach. Roger is a great character.

That being said, I have a great deal of respect for Seth MacFarlane for his work with the Cosmos series.
