Inglorious Basterds was a terrific movie (the new one). You're probably talking about the old one but I really like the way the new one was made. There was that 40 minute long talking scene in the middle of it that didn't even feel like 40 minutes...pretty good job by Tarantino on the whole, and Brad "Arreeverdarechee" Pitt too.

I have never seen the old one, is it as good?

Oh...okay, I thought you had since you called it "The Inglorious Bastards". It's probably a great classic, considering it spawned a remake, but that style is harder for me to get into. Never seen it myself, only some youtube clips.

Wow, we are getting a lot of great movies in the mix. Here are a bunch of my favorite 'small' movies... Not big time hits but very entertaining.

1. The Man From Snowy River.

2. My Blue Heaven.

3. Captain Ron.

4. Big Daddy.

5. Overboard.

6. The Three Amigos.

7. Fletch.

Rushmore and The Royal Tenembaums, two great flicks by Wes Anderson. Another good movie that was not widely popularized is Saint Ralph.
