favorite NU defensive players...

just curious...if you could pick your favorite Nu defensive players( former and current)for your all defensive team, who would it be ...position by position

 
for me it woud have to be that entire 95-96 defense...tons of speed on the outside and a couple of bulldozer on the inside...'nuff said :woo :woo :woo :woo :woo

Hard to chose between those two and Wistrom. I say it's a 3-way tie.

By far Mike Brown for me...one of the most exciting players in the NFL(when healthy) Was even more exciting in college with Ralph Brown also in the secondary. Mike brown could of been a hall of fame safety if able to stay healthy IMO..

 
Yeah the peter brothers, winstrom, tomich, alberts, farley, polk, ralph and mike brown, demorio williams, rucker, parella, ellis neil smith, broderick thomas, Well anyone that wore the blackshirt with pride

 
All of these are very good choices...BUT...I gotta' go with Steve Warren and Terrell Farley. Warren was...IMO...the BEST nose tackle to ever play at Nebraska. And TF...well...'nuff said...

 
I 100% agree with the pick for Mike Brown, but how is it that no one has mentioned Mike Minter in this thread?

Minter and Brown at the safety spots would have been absurd.
