This isn't really much, I know. But it makes me really appreciate all the great fans we have.
This is my short conversation over Facebook messenger with a friend who goes to U of I and road tripped over for the game. Our conversation turned to beer and girls quickly, but this still makes me proud to be a Husker!
Me: how was nebraska dude? did ya hit up Misty's? hope everyone was as nice as i said they would be
Ben: lincoln, nebraska is the greatest college town in the world
they were the nicest people in the world
but no we didnt end up going to mistys we just drank the whole weekend
all the poeple there were awesome
Me: Haha its what we do. Pretty good time then eh?
Ben: yeah, best weekend i have had in a long a$$ time
im a husker fan now
Seems everyone who comes to our Stadium, from Virginia Tech to Idaho, becomes a fan upon leaving. Can't get any better then that.
