FORT WORTH (CBS11) — A Fort Worth high school junior made history on the football field Saturday night when she became the first girl to play varsity football for R.L. Paschal High School, according to Fort Worth ISD.

Reilly Fox’s debut on this field was a huge success when she became the district’s first female player in 15 years, and her performance shows she could be a game-changer.

I know of a there being girls on teams in Nebraska before. I remember a kicker for Amherst when I was in high school, she could hit the PAT's, which in C-2 sometimes is easier said than done.
