Finally a smart move. I think.

Wouldn't put it past them, especially with thomas.  The seppo think was kept pretty quiet aswell.  Doubt they did this but wouldn't put it past them.
Actually "Oliver Stone" it was reported on the news more then two weeks ago that Thomas was injuried and not practicing. As far as Seppo he played most of the KU game with the broken bone in his foot.

It's more fun that way though, ya know to assume that these coaches are just tossing these kids to the side. :sarcasm

Speaking of weak OL. I saw a play run the other day that I liked. Don't remember if we've ran it yet. But, QB is in shotgun and two backs on either side of him. When the ball is snapped one back blocks and the other fakes like he's going to block... and then the QB signals to him whether he wants him to stay into block for real, or go off on a screen. When I saw it the back faked the block then took off QB dumped it, and he had like a 12 yd gain. Some plays like this could help get our passing game going with a weak OL.. yeah probably too late for that

ANYWAY, on the OL changes... well I really hope that Austin will be good on the left side. We've got Slauson over on the right side... it'll be his first start, but I think he may give the OL the jumpstart it needs. One thing is for sure, if you have to choose where you want your skill at OL.. you're gonna put it on your QB's blind side.. and hopefully this will give Taylor enough protection to get the ball off, or scramble when he can see the defense coming at him
