I’m so friggen impressed.
Sunday morning I’m skiing in Breckinridge. Get off the lift and check the mountain map ap on my phone. Put it in my coat pocket and start skiing down a nice slope, in and out of the trees. Get to the bottom and standing in the lift line and realize my phone is gone. I didn’t zip my pocket. All afternoon, we are using Find My iPhone and the service was just bad enough it didn’t work. I thought I would never see my phone again
we wake up Monday morning and my phone is still on and the service is still seeing it.
So, we go back to the same slope. I go really slow down. It leads me through the trees and then indicates I’m right on top of it.
We all take off ours skies and start looking. All of a sudden we hear it pinging. We finally find it, under about 8” of snow in the trees. Perfectly good, no damage.
I’m shocked and impressed.
