Flour Tortillas

Flour Tortillas:

4 cups flour

1 T. Baking Powder

2 tsp. salt

1/3 cup lard

Mix together, using a pastry blender or two forks.

Add 1 1/4 cup hot water, stir till combined. Rest 15 minutes. Roll on lightly floured surface and brown in skillet on medium/high heat.

Great for large Soft Tacos, Taco Pizzas or even with a spread of butter!
