Laying in bed last night still in agony over the USC game I realized that its time to move forward. It's Monday everyone, time to go back to work. The USC game is in the past and although it could have been a huge win for the program it was not the last game of the season. There is no reason to dwell on what could have been. It's time for everyone to move their focus onto Ball State and what kind of talent they have. I hope that the players and coaches have put all of this behind them and are ready to move forward. Ball State has been known to give big programs scares in the past couple of years (i.e. Michigan). We all need to put the USC behind us and focus on September 22nd.

I for one and ready to move on from September 15th and get excited over the 9 regular season games that are still left. Everyone needs to remember that our goals are still intact. Win out the rest of the way. Win the Big 12 North. Win the Big 12 title. Play in a BCS game. They are still all there. And who knows, with the way Oklahoma is beating everyone this year if we knock them off in the title game we could meet USC again..............and I would love that.

Yea it is getting old, the sky is falling scenario.

But we need to be concerned about Ball State. If I remember correctly they gave Michigan a good game int he big house last year. Very close to a ASU showing.

This team can not overlook anything. The fans need to be the same.

We got beat by a far superior team. Very close to what we were in the mid 90's. There is no shame in that. The team and the fans need to get their heads on straight and move forward. Looking back and whining about it does absolutely no good. WE have no control of the past, only the future. This team and staff needs our support now more than ever.

 
The QB from Ball St. is from our area high school. He set several school records and led the team to play-offs. Guess we need to be "one week at a time"....

 
Wont be long until we are in the top 15 again. Just wait a couple weeks.
