Nebraska’s Sam Foltz got a head start at turning heads during a national kicking camp this summer.
The junior from Grand Island attended the Kohl’s Elite camp in Milwaukee and emerged as the champion in a 60-man competition.
“It’s unbelievable to have that kind of exposure and match yourself up against other guys in the country — NFL guys, free agents and other college kids,” Foltz said.
“It really brought my confidence up. I’m ready to roll.”
