Just something to think about when we start to look at the Huskers next game.

There is not a lot of room for debate when it comes to how good NU's D is.

And no one will debate much over the fact of how flat our offense has played most of the season either.

Though I do believe that Bo and Co. can scheme at least one fifty plus yard drive, I see one coming off the D, and another one coming off of field position. Throw in a FG or two, and a bit of good luck.

D plays like it has all year, maybe giving up one bonehead TD and a couple of FGs.

Nebraska wins 27-13

Your thoughts.

My thoughts are we'll get a couple of FGs, and one or two TDs - but any TDs will come off of good defensive or special teams plays (turnover, good return, etc).

We might be able to reel off a good ground-based drive towards the end of the game to kill some clock.

The defense will force a turnover to give the offense a very short field with a rushing touchdown to follow. Don't think Arizona has ever played a Defense like the Huskers this season. Of course we will add some field goals to take the win. :restore

Oregon is the best D they played all year, and its a pretty good one, but no elite by any means.

some times when teams have a decent amount of time to prepare for a game, things don't turn out as expected. Seems like year in year out there are matchups in bowl games where I think "this will be a defensive battle," or "this will be a shootout," and then the opposite happens.
