Former Husker Bradley tears ACL

ESPN is reporting that former Husker and current Philidelphia Eagle LB Stewart Bradley will miss the season after tearing his ACL in a practice Sunday night.

To be honest , I am shocked that Bradley is even a starter in the league, but I hate to see any ex Husker go down this way. Let's hope he can get back to 100%, because the Eagles are already in a in a rough position having to replacing some former defensive starters, including Brian Dawkins.

I'm shocked you're shocked that Bradley was starting. He's always had a high-rev motor and he hits like a ton of bricks. You should have watched him last year - he was always around the ball. I had him in an IDP league and he did very well for me.

There was a MNF game last season that the announcers were calling Stew's name constantly, he also was a beast in the playoffs if I remember correctly (could be wrong). He's a very solid NFL player.

He was on his way to being a dominant LB in the NFL. This is definitely a bad setback. Hope for the best recovery.
