Lincoln Riley is set to name defensive tackles coach Ruffin McNeill the interim defensive coordinator, a source has confirmed. Defensive analyst Bob Diaco will move into a role as linebackers coach, alongside Tim Kish, the source also said.

Diaco has been on the OU staff as a defensive analyst and now Mike Stoops has been fires as DC. That doesn’t make Diaco the new OU DC.
