Fried Spaghetti Footballs:

3 Cups Leftover Or Fresh Spaghetti & Meat Sauce

1-(8-oz.) Pkg. Shredded Italian Cheese

2-3 Large Eggs, Beaten

1-1/2 Cups Panko Bread Crumbs

Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Fold well; try not to break up the spaghetti into small pieces.

Make 3-in. cylinders in the shape of footballs.

Roll spaghetti footballs in Panko Bread Crumbs.

***Make sure that you have an even coating.

Put on a covered plate; chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or so, for a firmer football.

Deep-Fat Fry at 350 degrees until golden brown or football color.

Serve with your favorite Marinara Sauce.
