This is just weird for me guys, I am one of the fans in the SEC who does'nt feel like Arkansas belong's here, now Nebraska to the BIG TEN....WOW I was hoping this wouldnt happen, I dont like the idea of 4 big super leauges and I fear this is just the start, it's hard to imagine the Huskers going to the Big House or The Shoe, I hope you guys are happy though, to this day I still say "Nebraska has the most classy fanbase on the planet" and I mean that, the 1997 Orange Bowl could have been much worse on this Vol fan if I had to deal with bad fans after the beating you guys handed us....I look foward to our Home/Home series coming up in few years... Again, Congrats or Sorry, it all depends on your stance on the matter lol

Welcome and thanks for posting. I, for one, am excited about going to the Big Ten. I was tired of the Big Texas Conference and glad we are leaving it. :D

 
A lot of history and tradition being given up in this. Not the Big 12 but losing ties with the old Big 8 is not easy.

But it is an opportunity to gain new competition, new areas of recruiting and I think a more competitive league top to bottom.

The grant money is the base to all this. That is the reason Nebraska bit in I think. It dwarfs the football money in the long range.

There will be sad times down the road, when we actually change and play the conference games, but right now it is very exciting for most all of us involved.
