Awesome! Legate just had a 10 yard (or so) touchdown! Let's see that in a conference game this fall, baby!

EDIT: make that two touchdowns

I'm hoping this becomes a once-or-twice a game deal with the fullback. The defenses had to have practiced against it at some point this spring and it was able to cross them up, and it can be a great change of pace.

If I'm not mistaken, we did a fullback run at least three times today and two went for touchdowns. That's a pretty good ratio.

The FB trap is a good way to keep the defense honest. LBs gotta stay home a bit longer. DTs gotta contain instead of bullrushing into the backfield. I wonder if the white squad had any idea they might see a FB trap today? I'm guessing no.

Well, no until the first one - #2 and #3 are on the white D.
