The important thing is not when will Cally be gone, but what are we going to do once he is gone?

I think it will go down like this.

~Announce interm AD

~Interm AD announce HC dismissal, and Interm HC untill season end (maybe the interm will get the bowl game or not)

~Announce Permanant AD

~Announce New HC and staff

~An interesting National Signing Day

This is going to be one of those processes that will take time. The worst part is time is of the essence, due to recruits and giving the new HC plenty of time to start working towards next season. Things could/will get ugly quick but I see some positives if things are handled right. There will always be negatives in everything, but as long as the positives out weight the negatives then Ill be satisfied.

I dont think that an interim AD will fire a HC, unless he is named the Permanant AD.

While i now think that Callahans days are numbered at NU, I really do not think he will be fired, until after an AD has been in place and had the time to evaluate him. The evaluation period may be the rest of the season.
