Game thread?

SICK beginning to the game by Texas. DEF and offense. Beautiful. Loved the pressure they brought on 2nd and 3rd down (it was like watching OUR own D-line!) and that sack! And the pick on the fake punt, which almost worked...daring call, but that Texas kid made the play.

I hope Colt's OK.

I don't know if Alabama is gonna score this game, take away the run and it will be a long night.

 
Okay, this is a big blow - not that McCoy is out, but that their freshman QB didn't direct a score in his place. More than that, the fact that he got a touchdown himself (would have been great) and then it was called back. And they ended up with just 3.

I thought the game was going to be all Texas and that's where the momentum was going, but now it's a wash.

 
...Ha, or not! Texas is really going for this.

...And we are the #1 scoring defense. 6-0 Texas.

Is it just me or did Texas learn to play defense from us?

They are turning McElroy into what Colt was in the CCG. This is so much fun because it's practically like we are watching Suh & co.
