Getting recruits qualified academically

One thing that NU is going to need in order to make this recruiting class as best as possible is for these kids to get qualified academically. Marlon Lucky, Leon Jackson and Rodney Picou all have possible qualification problems. I know Lucky and Jackson are working to get their GPA's up and standardized test scores.

Since the Big 12 was formed, I read that NU can only have one exception.

Anyone have any information on this topic?

 
If I remember right, they can have only one partial qualifier per year, and they are not allowed any non-qualifiers (prop 48).

Those are the main ones. There may be a few more, but Ibelieve most of the recruiting class has their academics together.

 
I think in order to be our 1 partial qualifier the player still has to have a minimum 2.52 GPA. I think Leon is the most at risk among the 3 right now.
