I am rooting for Coz and the defense. I have, over the last two years, been Coz's biggest detractor. But for the time being he is OUR defensive coordinator. I am not...let me repeat....I AM NOT...hoping the defense if horrible again so I can gloat. I hope he and the rest of the coaching staff realized that what they have been doing is not working. Hopefully they have re-focused this past week. I am hoping that maybe they reconsidered their philosophy and decided to do some new things this week. I sincerely want our defense to be good, even if that means I end up being wrong. My love for the Huskers is bigger than any ego thing I have about being right.

So...Good luck to Coz, the rest of the coaching staff, and to the defense. Kick ISUck's a$$! :bonez

I want to see us control the line of scrimmage. If ISU only scores 13 pts but has a lot of yardage then I will be concerned. I think this will give COZ a chance to try new things and use new players. I wish I would see the damn game.

i second that. no matter what happens, i just hope we have some tenacity and fire. if Coz and rally the troops, that's great! :bonez :bonez

 
as long as the announcers are saying how the defense is really flying around the field and look better....i'll be happy

 
Amen. I've been pretty hard on him these past two weeks and would like nothing more than to be proven wrong today.
