Good as we're gonna get

Yeah we've been holding steady at decent for a while now. Not good or nowhere near great. Just okay. I'm ready for a change

 
Give me a frickin' break. We lost to a very good and higher ranked team. Our guys almost made the play in the end zone to win it.

If one cannot live with that, then wait until after the season and pick a team that is undefeated and retroactively cheer for them for the whole season.

We might have another shot at the Spartans yet.

 
Yeah, kind of feels that way.... it's like they've hit the ceiling.

A furious fourth quarter rally doesn't overcome the fact that they were completely obliterated, especially on the offensive side of the ball, for three quarters. Once again, they don't look prepared to play at the beginning of an important game, don't appear to be able to be composed and don't seem to be able to stop from making unforced errors.

They play just poorly enough for you to completely write them off, then they play just good enough so that you can't possibly.

Pelini is the same. Too good to fire; not good enough to persist with. What do you do?
