Based on the email addresses, I'm assuming he was @presidentjlh and maybe just didn't remember his login - that account hasn't been active for nearly five years.  Seems to have decided to show back up to complain but other than that seems to be OK so far.

Just noting in case there are questions.

 
Quickly growing tired of his "turd in every punch bowl" act.  I realize there's plenty of that to go around.  But he seems to be looking pretty hard....

And being from Des Moines makes me question his motives.
