My previous cars before this was a 1990 Ford Probe, busted transmission after 6 months that would have cost 3 times more than what i paid for vehcile. 2000 Chevy Impala, lasted 5 years, no major problems. Ran it into a tree at 60mph, rough time in my life. This last one was a 2008 Chevy Impala. Was working great, until 3 months ago, when crap started happening. It needed new tires, new brakes, some shopping cart guy slammed another person's door into mine and failed to say anything about it, I hit a stone mailbox backing out of someones steep inclined driveway, cracked windshield, the cabin air filter sensor was broken so it made this annoying clicking sound when it tried to close. All in all, that 2008 Impala needed close to $3000 worth of repair work done to it in order for it to be in perfect shape.
That's when I said, time to trade you in.
