that is my experience with it as well. just someplace everyone has been to.

when i got older, i went there because they had cheap-a$$, huge magaritas for when you wanted to turn up.

If you keep a restaurant going for 40 years, is it really wise to lease instead of own? Seems like maybe a bad decision 20-30 yrs ago.

wasn't it part of a hotel? maybe they couldn't own? but i agree. i would not want to lease if i was trying to establish a restaurant.
