i guess this is a thread of my random thoughts.
i was really impressed during this game and all week how the freshman on offense have really stood together for the team. they show a lot of pride and maturity. bell helped turner get of the ground right after taylor threw him the pass in the endzone and he was double (maybe triple) covered in the second qtr. (you know the one i'm talking about). i like to see that. they back each other up and the team. they have something to prove, and they have the talent to do it. it is nice to get this young guys with taylor, who is young, but experienced to these new guys. i think the will create a great chemistry. it is also nice to have bk out there, the wise, sage, veteran who has knowledge and perspective. say what you will about him, he is a leader.
this team has a lot of potential, but typical NU, we could win every game or lose any game.
and finally, how great is david? he plays with such energy and swagger. simply amazing.
