What's the obsession with naming a weak link? Get over it. The links in this chain whip the sh#t out of the whole group of weak links in the last staff.

I'll save such drastic judgment until we see the team play, but I love the grandiose expectations of the new staff no one knew anything a few months ago.

I knew the former staff for far longer than I should've had to. I've learned quite a bit about the new guys. I love how their entire life's work and career achievements are just discarded around here.

Please, why don't some of you guys that like to do this, let me know what line of work you're in and what you "think" you've accomplished, that way I can sh#t on it and tell you it counts for nothing.
