Has anyone heard anything on Roburt Sallie?

Does anyone know anything? I havent been able to find anything about this. All I know is that the appeal didnt work and the next step was to file a lawsuit. Other than that I know nothing. Is it possible to still get this guy in here for next year? :wtf

I believe that he is at Nebraska paying his own way for school, but I could be wrong on that.
