I'm not sure I agree with that. USC for example. You wanna put an 18 year old kid against possibly 8 or more first or second rounders on defense? Some of those guys could be playing in the NFL right now IMO.

That's fine, Dave, you are entitled to your opinions. I don't defend the 'age' argument at all. If the best player is 14, I want him playing. Whether the RB's were 10 or 70, of course all of NU's backs were going to have problems vs. USC, that was expected, and the O-line really didn't help out the backs or Keller. I attribute most of that to the USC defense. They were as advertised, unfortunately.
