Now I'm all for a playoff, but shouldn't the government be concentrating on how to get our economy rolling again. After that they can worry about fixing this.

 
Considering how difficult it is to fix the world economy as opposed to fixing this, this should be a 30 minute discussion with an immediate fix. Stop talking about it and just fix it. It can be fixed just that fast where the economy can't.

 
Institute a playoff including all D1 Conferences or the money made from Bowl games under the current BCS or non playoff format will be taxed at 100%.

I was wrong in my previous post where I said it would take 30 minutes. This would take 20 seconds.
