Even on the East Coast where Big Ten Football is about as relevant as NASCAR, Penn State still has a reputation for being full of a$$hole$ and racists (Western PA + Snobby out-of-state Northeasterners). M*ch*gan doesn't even have this reputation... In fact, people in New York have a very positive view of the people at that school.
