Hidden Valley Roasted Potatoes/Pic

I make this a lot, it is one of our favorite potato recipes. I like that I can prep it ahead of time and bake it when needed.


***Very Important To Use An Iron-Cast Skillet Only!

1 Bag Baby Red Potatoes
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil To Put In Zip-Lock Bag
Another 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil To Put In Iron-Cast Skillet
1 Pkg. Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing Dry Mix
Zip-Loc Bag

Pour 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil in an iron-cast skillet. Put skillet in oven and preheat the oven to 450 degrees-IMPORTANT TO DO THIS..YOU WANT THE SKILLET SIZZLING.

Cut baby red potatoes into FOURTHS ONLY. Put 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil in a Glad Food Storage Bag; seal bag. Toss to coat. Add 1 Packet Hidden Valley Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix and toss again until potatoes are coated with oil and seasoning.

Once oven has reached 450 degrees, put potatoes in the iron-cast skillet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp.
