We have this probably every week..USE A CAST IRON SKILLET ONLY..IF YOU USE A DIFFERENT KIND OF SKILLET OR PAN..IT WON'T TASTE GOOD. NEVER EVER WASH YOUR IRON SKILLET IN SOAPY WATER..JUST WIPE IT OUT WITH A PAPER TOWEL, RINSE AND DRY IT. YOUR DISH WILL TASTE LIKE SOAP IF YOU USE SOAP TO WASH THE CAST IRON SKILLET. This recipe is so easy to make and a big time saver. You can have it all ready to go and just stick it in the oven when ready to make dinner.
