I don't know about everyone else, but last year when they would show the "hits of the game..." it was a joke. This year...total turn around. Pierre Allen had a great sack, Glenn played like a freakin Mad Man and I don't know what Potter is doing different this year but he is really smacking around his blockers...

I don't think that Griffin will be forgetting the beating he took In Lincoln for a while.... (and yeah I know he ran all over, but he took his licks too)

 
"the assasin" (what a joke)...laid the wood on a seam pass on a running back in the first half. granted, it was still a completion for a first down, but asante really gave him a good pop.

 
The big hits finally made a difference too- Griffin was taking shots left and right and it clearly impacted his ability to run in the second half. Good thing because that guy is mad fast.

I cringed everytime he made it to the corner and turned upfield.

True story. And as for Griffin running all over, he really only succeeded at doing that in those first 2 drives of the game in the first quarter, he was pretty well shut down after bo made adjustments. Overall great game I thought.

 
Agreed, apparently when Baylor took their timeout down by the goal line it was because Griffin was woozy after being hit by Dillard.

He's one of the players I'm happiest for this year. It seemed like he never got a fair shot with Cos.

 
We did have some good hits on them yesterday, Asante, Dillard, Allen, Glenn, etc. We have to give props to Baylor as well though because they had some good hits on us as well. Griffin is crazy fast, great job on the adjustments Bo. :thumbs
