Most of us are aware that yesterday, January 17th, was a federal holiday to observe Martin Luther King, Jr.'s birthday. In Mississippi they celebrate two Birthdays on Jan 17th. This is a jaw draper, listen to the message the Mississippi State Tax Commissioner has on their answering machine to let people know why they are off.
