Have any of you purchased a home recently? I have been looking at tons of short sale homes, bank ownded and HUD properties. I know how the process works for all of them, my agent is great and loves low-ball offers on homes like this, but I was just wondering if any of you had a story.
I have a bid in on a HUD home now, the bidding time expires in about 4 days.
