I know some people think it’s easier to just buy certain goods and I understand.
However, in my opinion, homemade is always better. When you make a recipe, such as this one, you can adjust it to your liking.
Cocktail Sauce:
1 Cup Ketchup
2 T. Prepared Horseradish
1 Tsp. Hot Sauce-(I Prefer Texas Pete)
1-1/2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp. Freshly Ground Pepper
in a small bowl, combine all the ingredients; sir until combined.
Put the cocktail sauce in a covered container.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
