Does the place have a dreaded HOA?
For some reason, I'm reminded of a picture I forgot to take and send in to Letterman or Leno.
It was a Call Center (MCI?) next to the Gym I used to work out at.
They were always hiring phone sales people (The kind that usually call you at suppertime to sell er I mean...call for your opinion or for a survey)...but there was a 5'x8' sign in front of the building...
It said, "No Soliciting"
