How Can the defense stop OK State?

Oklahoma State has not beaten NU at home since 1960! I can not see Ok State winning this weekend, however, with the way the skers have been playin, anything could happen. The NU Offense should roll right over the OSU defense. The question is can the Defense stop OSU's many weapons on Offense? How do u think Coz will stop the OSU offense? What would u do in Coz's shoes?

I would probably let some of the 2nd or 3rd stringers play, that would give the first stringers incentive to not lose their starting positions in practice and fire everybody up. I dont understand why the coaches arent doing this right now. I would start out with the basic 4-3 defense and adjust acordingly. I would not use a 3-3-5 defense, OSU CAN RUN THE BALL! It will come down to making tackles! Cozgrove will probably use a defense like a 3-4-4. your thoughts?

The simple answer is we cant stop them. Another game and the same old thing. if our offense doesnt score every possession we lose

 
4-3 base defense. Defensive ends crushing the pocket while you use the sideline and 1 LB for contain. The Huskers arent the Cowboys. Leave that 4 LB mess in the pros.

If was in Coz's shoes, I would weld the doors and widows on the OSU bus shut.

That's a great question ... NU hasn't been able to show any evidence of stopping the run, pass, tackle, rush the QB or work turnovers

 
This defense will not be able to stop OK. Best we can hope for is some turnovers early to get some momentum going. In short, OSU will have to beat themselves.

 
NU won't stop OSU. It's that simple.

Next week at this time we'll be reading about how Callahan says we need to fix things...or Ruud saying that he needs to be more vocal...

Simple answer......We won't shut them down! I predict that we will continue to veiw at the t.v. (for those of us who won't be at the game) as we slowly watch the ship sink further to the bottom!
