How long does Bill Callahan have left?

hey guys i was just wondering how long you all think Bill Callahan will be around?

I know we have heard everything from 72hrs. to the end of his contract but was does everyone think?

and will the interim AD fire him right away like perlman made it sound?

Umm, didn't sound like that to me. What about what Perlman said made you think that?

Depends completely on who the new AD is. I don't see any way he goes anywhere until the season is over. I can't see him leaving until we have a permanent AD, and I don't think we have a permanent AD for a while. At that point, it depends on who the new AD is. All bets are off.

this is not a direct quote or anything obviously but didnt he say something along the lines of him not having the authority to hire or fire anyone on the coaching staff but when the interem ad got there he could have control over that?

please correct me if im worng

No, you're right. I just think we was making the case that it's not his job to make coaching changes and that it's the AD's responsibility. I didn't get the sense he was implying that the new AD would be cleaning house, after all, we dont know who it is yet.

I agree with you. There was never an implication that the Coach would be fired as soon as an AD was named. Perlman was simply stating its not his job to hire/fire the coach.
