How many schollies does NU have left?

I have a question, which is sort of involved.

Is it NCAA rule that you can take no more than 25 scholarship players per year, even if you are more than 25 under the max limit?

 
if some of the JUCO players can enroll in school in Jan. then they might count towards the previous year. grey shirts will count against next year. ect.

there is always ways to get more than 25 commits in 1 year, however they cannot go over 85 total scholarships.
