how many wins from this point

to me if we win 3 more, and one of those is missouri, (which should be give us the big 12 north), and we dont get embarrassed by texas, I wont be to upset about the season.

I think if we play to our potential, we can win them all.

The way our defense is continuing to improve, I would say that we can win the all. Plus, getting Texas at home is a big bonus.

the good thing is we have Texas and MU both at home. That will help with the game a lot.

If we can beat Texas next week, I don't see any other game holding us back....we could go undefeated the rest of the season. Which would be awesome!!!

A&M has been looking good. I'd hate to see us loose 2 more but it wouldn't be the end of the world. Texas is tough but I think we are good enough to go undefeated. I'm concerned about our 2nd half play on offense though. Our O-line seemed to let up some @ KSU. I don't think we can get a margin on Texas that would make me feel comfortable. I don't think 21 pts in the game will win it for us, 28 could.

I'm glad Colorado showed their stuff. Otherwise, it may have been hard to prepare for them seriously. It would sure suck to beat Texas, A&M, Mizzou and loose to the Colorado.

Consider it successful? Depends on your view of success I guess.

Making it to a BCS bowl somehow would be great.

Beating Texas would be great, but doesn't send the season into the proverbial crapper.

We win the North, I'd say that's a successful season. Going to a respectable bowl would be successful as well.

From this point on 4-1 would be acceptable. What I expect out of a good team is to beat the teams they should beat. Right now that's Mizzou, Texas A&M, Okie Light and the Battery Chucks in Colorado. I think we can beat Texas as well, if we lose I will only be disappointed if we just flat out play bad and give the game to them. If we play great and lose, then I won't be happy but I'll be satisfied that we were beat by a better team. I expect Memorial stadium to be loud this weekend as I'll be there yelling.

Let's hook em and drag up till they quit this weekend :box

4-1 to finish the regular season 10-2 would be great. Tack on one or two more wins with the Big XII champioship and a Bowl win would be gravy! MMMM...gravy!!

I just hope that we continue to improve over the next couple of games as well. If we were to play Texas close and lose and then go shoot blanks in the next couple of games (even if we win those games) it would be a disappointment. Hopefully this next weekend is just the first of two matchups that we get against the Longhorns.

We are now 6 - 1 and most likely going to win the north. So we are looking at a 14 game season. We are going to have to play Texas, Missouri, Texas A&M, Texas again, then a bowl game. So that means 5 out of our next 7 opponents are ranked in one of the two polls. At least for now. We will most likely win the two games against our non-ranked oppenents. I figure we will split the games with Texas and by looking at the teams in the second twenty we should have no trouble winning our bowl game.

At best we go 12 - 2

Worst 11 - 3

Order Restored.

Success for me would be only one loss the rest of the way, and playing in the Big XII title. I think we can go undefeated the rest of the way and make it to the BCS. Should be a great end to a great season.

I think this team definately has the potential to win the rest of it's games.......that would definately be an improvement over last year.......if we can win the Big 12 North and make it to the Championship game then that is obviously an improvement. Now if we win the Championship game and win our Bowl game I'm thinking National Title hunt next season!!!!!
